El Mejor Cafe was beyond comfortable for the four ladies and I on a Wednesday afternoon. The espresso drinks were made with great Concious brand coffee beans by a capable and kind Barista/server. She also made a couple of cocktails: excellent cross training! I had such a lovely time that I left my cc in my check wallet and the busboy chased me down the street, on a rainy day, to return it to me saving me loads of trouble.

Mary was so sweet! I think she said she just recently started and she did a great job making sure everything was perfect for us. Also - best mimosa I’ve ever had!

Absolutely love this place! The coffee is so delicious. I’m originally from Russia and used to enjoy peanut Raf coffee back home. Here, they have a mazapan latte that’s incredibly good — it instantly reminded me of home, and I haven’t found anything like it anywhere else in the U.S. Even their regular coffee, without any sweeteners or syrups, is rich and flavorful. The service is always warm and welcoming too. Highly recommend!

Great coffee and tasty conchas! I got the Horchata Spice Latte and it was perfect with the concha. Stopped by to have a drink and do some reading and it was a pleasant environment. Will definitely come back!

Wonderful atmosphere, good service and the interior has the best vibes. Definitely get sat in Emilio's section--an amazing professional waiter! 10/10

I had the mazapan cafe latter and I was expecting a stronger flavor but it was probably my bad because I asked for less sugar. Will try it again tho

Great food, great coffee, their specialty coffees are chefs kiss (mazapán and chocolate abuelita), great staff, fairly priced items and clean! If you want to eat good in downtown mckinney without having to wait too long- this is your place!

Made a quick stop on a cold morning to grab some coffee and was delighted to meet Ana the owner, who personally prepared my Mexican inspired coffee. They have a coffee section that has unique and authentic flavorings, inspired by traditional Mexican taste, such as mazapan, horchata, Hot chocolate. I ordered a ‘chocolate abuelita mocha’ and it was very good and original!!! The place is beautifully decorated, and while we didnt have a chance to stay to eat, we will be back to have a meal, since menu looked interesting and tasty!!

First time visiting, so glad I did! It's tucked in downtown Mckinney. Cute spot, staff was so sweet. And the mazapan latte a must try!! 😋

Ok, hear me out on this one. What an amazing little coffee spot. It's tucked away inside the restaurant and I had very little faith, o.m.g was I wrong. Their roast is absolutely amazing and have been thinking about this coffee ever since. 💯 Stop here and get your coffee fix! Fantastic!
